1. You need to stand out in a crowd. If you are hot you will automatically stand out and every guy in your ward will be after you. If you struggle in that department try to stand out in another way. Confidence is very hot! If you are interested in a guy go talk to him the first time you notice him. It doesn't have to be a long conversation (it's probably better to keep it short) but just make sure you introduce yourself to him.
2. Don't ever talk bad about other people in front of the guy you are trying to impress.... Guys don't want the negative girl that talks bad about everyone. Be positive.
3. Don't think you have to play games to get a guy to like you. You don't have to act like you have a planned "girls night out" All guys know that a "girls night out" is just a bunch of girls comforting each other because they can't get a date, or the homely girls are making the hot girl have girls night with them.
